Vistaprint has a lot of industry-specific design templates, (real estate, food & beverage, retail & sales, entertainment, etc) allowing you to upload your own photo(s) and logo. Interestingly, I couldn’t find where to specify 250 postcards, so I selected their “1000 for $48.95” sale as my option. Anyway, Overnight Prints uses sturdy, eco-friendly 15 pt. card stock for all of their printing. Value cards are printed digitally, and premium are offset.

Need a short run? They can print as few as 25 postcards for under $5. Great for handouts, package inserts, and direct mail, postcards are available in as many as 8 standard sizes. Design templates are available by category, the most popular being for real estate.

Upgrade by adding glossy UV coating, heavier 100# stock, envelopes or rounded corners. You can also turn the same design into postcard magnets. Prices drop significantly with their postcard coupons and sales.


PsPrint offers offset printing on all orders of more than 200 postcards, and digital printing on orders of 50-200 cards. They have 7 standard postcard sizes, or you can specify a custom size or perforation as well. Choose between three paper stocks, or their recycled matte paper option.

If you don’t mind forking out the extra money, they can even do same-day turnaround for your print job. You can also choose UV coating Direct mailing services are available. Consider skipping the option for a hard-copy proof, as it looks like it can set you back more than $30!
